SBS Expands Digital Transformation, Healthcare Technology, and Enterprise Solutions Across Four International Markets

Dr. Adel Youssef, Chief Executive Officer of SBS – Superior Business Solutions, a company specializing in information technology and digital transformation solutions, has outlined the company’s ongoing expansion strategy in enterprise management and healthcare technology solutions, as it strengthens its presence across four international markets: Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and the United States.

The expansion forms part of SBS’s broader strategy to address growing demand for integrated technology solutions across multiple economic sectors, helping organizations modernize their operations, improve efficiency, and accelerate digital transformation.

Youssef explained that SBS primarily focuses on developing and implementing specialized technology systems for hospitals, medical centers, and clinics across various specialties. Its healthcare solutions include Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Clinic Management Systems, and Radiology Information Systems (RIS), alongside laboratory management systems, medical imaging solutions, and digital archiving technologies.

These integrated platforms support the digitalization of clinical, administrative, and financial operations within healthcare facilities, enabling more efficient workflows, improved information management, and greater operational coordination.

He noted that the company’s activities also extend to implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems powered by Odoo, serving manufacturing companies, trading businesses, construction firms, and service providers.

Through its integrated ERP solutions, SBS enables organizations to manage manufacturing operations, inventory, procurement, sales, accounting, human resources, and supply chains within unified digital environments, helping businesses streamline operations and optimize resource utilization.

SBS Achieves Odoo Gold Partner Status in Saudi Arabia

Youssef announced that SBS has achieved Odoo Gold Partner status in Saudi Arabia, marking a significant milestone following years of collaboration and the successful implementation of enterprise technology projects for clients across multiple industries.

He added that the company has recorded a 100% customer satisfaction rating, equivalent to five stars, according to information released by SBS regarding its listing in Odoo’s official partner directory.

Youssef emphasized that the rating reflects the importance of maintaining high standards in project implementation, delivering reliable technical support, and continuously developing technology solutions tailored to clients’ operational requirements.

The Gold Partner designation further strengthens SBS’s position in the Saudi market and supports its strategy to expand enterprise software implementation and digital transformation services across the region.

Expanding Healthcare Technology and AI-Powered Solutions

Youssef highlighted healthcare as one of SBS’s core areas of specialization, particularly as medical institutions increasingly invest in modernizing their technology infrastructure and integrating clinical, administrative, and financial processes through unified information systems.

He explained that the company’s healthcare technology portfolio encompasses hospital and clinic management systems, laboratory and radiology information systems, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS).

SBS also provides healthcare interoperability solutions, alongside applications involving artificial intelligence and data analytics, supporting healthcare organizations in their efforts to improve operational performance and information management.

Youssef stressed that developing effective healthcare technology solutions requires a combination of in-depth knowledge of clinical workflows and advanced technical expertise in system design and integration.

This approach, he explained, enables healthcare institutions to enhance operational efficiency while ensuring that management teams have access to the information needed for effective decision-making.

17 Years of International Expansion

The CEO noted that SBS’s experience dates back to its establishment in Dubai in 2009, when the company began building its capabilities in enterprise software and technology services before gradually expanding into international markets.

He explained that the company’s major growth milestones included opening a branch in the United States in 2014 and establishing a development center in Egypt in 2016.

SBS subsequently entered into a partnership with Odoo in 2020, followed by further expansion into Saudi Arabia with the opening of a local branch in 2022.

These developments have contributed to the company’s international presence and strengthened its capacity to deliver technology solutions tailored to the needs of organizations operating across different industries and markets.

Youssef added that SBS adopts an integrated approach to project delivery, encompassing technology consulting, business requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and integration.

The company also provides training, technical support, and maintenance services, with particular emphasis on developing scalable solutions that align with each organization’s business model, operational complexity, and growth requirements.

Youssef reaffirmed that SBS remains committed to expanding its services across healthcare, manufacturing, trading, and construction, while strengthening its capabilities in business process automation, data analytics, and enterprise technology solutions.

He concluded that these efforts are aimed at reinforcing the company’s presence in regional digital transformation markets and supporting organizations seeking to modernize their operations through integrated, scalable, and data-driven technology solutions.
